Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Periods & Refund Conditions
The following rules apply if you wish to cancel your reservation: • Cancellation 7+ days before the tour: 100% refund (full amount refunded) • Cancellation 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund (half of the paid amount refunded) • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund • No-show or no notification on the day of the tour: No refund All refund requests are accepted in writing only (WhatsApp or email).
2. Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions
If sea conditions are not safe for navigation on the day of the tour (strong winds, storm, etc.): • My Dream Yachting reserves the right to cancel the tour • In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded or rescheduled to an available date free of charge • The decision will be communicated via WhatsApp by 08:00 AM on the same day • Light rain, clouds or low temperatures are not considered cancellation grounds
3. Refund Process
Refund requests are processed as follows: • Payments made by credit/debit card: Refunded within 3–7 business days • Cash payment: Same day or next business day refund • Bank transfer payments: Refunded within 2–5 business days To initiate the refund process, contact us via WhatsApp (+90 536 857 97 57) or email (info@mydreamdeluxeyacthing.com) with your booking reference (date and name).
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required for some special tours and charter options: • The deposit amount is collected in cash at the start of the tour • After the tour, once it is confirmed that there is no damage to the boat and equipment, it is fully refunded • In case of damage, the deposit is offset against the repair cost; the remaining amount is refunded
5. Change Request
If you want to change the date or time instead of cancelling your reservation: • Free changes are made if notified at least 48 hours before the tour • Subject to availability confirmation • Change requests less than 48 hours before may be treated as cancellation and re-booking
